An experienced Registered Nurse Consultant will develop the damage portion of a demand package based on an interview with the client, an exhaustive review of the medical records and rehabilitation process, physician expert opinions of current disability and future medical needs and treatment, etc.  Emphasis and clarity will focus on the extent of injuries, treatment, pain and suffering, disabilities in every day life, and future disability.
