An experienced Registered Nurse Consultant will review the medical records and provide a comprehensive case report detailing pre-existing medical conditions, case related injuries and disability, treatment received related to damages, future recommendations, etc.  This can also include a summary and explanation of the clients injuries and treatment.   Areas of liability, causation and damages will be identified.  Special care will be given to personalize the report and show how the injuries received affect the client’s everyday life.  If opposing IME reports have been generated, they will be critiqued and analyzed for inconsistencies and errors.  Determination of medical experts is included.
