Prior to settlement of case:  An experienced Registered Nurse will assist with the management of your client’s medical treatment and rehabilitation.  This will include assisting your client through the maze of medical services available to them, follow up to insure compliance with physician recommendations, attendance at physician office visits, scheduling medical appointments to evaluate updated medical concerns, assistance with insurance and financial obligations, recommendations (referral) for additional treatment options, communication with healthcare providers, providing medical information, etc.

Trusts/Following settlement of a case:  An experienced Registered Nurse Consultant will independently oversee the administration and implementation of your client's Life Care Plan (geographic location may limit this service).  Case management includes coordinating and scheduling medical treatment (medical, psychological, PT, OT, etc), facilitating communication between the client’s family, treating physicians and healthcare providers, attending medical appointments, obtaining necessary medical equipment, locating transportation, recreational and household needs, providing monthly summary reports to physicians, the Trust, the family, etc.
