An experienced Registered Nurse Consultant will attend the Independent Medical or Psychiatric Exam with your client.  A detailed summary report will be generated.  This report will include the time the exam begins and ends, questions asked, answers given, description of the physical examination by the physician, and any other pertinent information.  The attorney can request the nurse stop a specific line of questioning during the exam, or ask to be called if certain problems arise.
