An experienced Registered Nurse Consultant will review the medical records and provide a timely, detailed written analysis of the findings.  Large volumes of difficult medical records will be summarized and explained in a clear and concise manner.  The records will be organized, tabbed, and numbered in a logical, easy to follow, fashion.  A detailed index for each volume of records organized is included.
